Well, this morning we worked on hardening your hard. Everyone stretched their personal best, pushing through the pain and the urge to stop, pushing further than ever before. The leg workouts were tough, having to hold the leg while kicking in sets exceeding 100 at a time. Aly exceeding 500. The push ups and the sit ups were done to the max, where the voice in your head screams to stop and you ignore. Hardening your hard, we all need to go there from time to time.
